You retain full ownership of stickers and emojis you generate with Wemoji.ai. We claim no rights to your creations and do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models.

• Uploading photos of others without their consent.
• Generating defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to disrupt the service.
• Using the service to violate any applicable law.

The Wemoji.ai name, logo, mascot, and software are owned by us. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Wemoji.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wemoji.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
